The TIRZ was established to help improve the aesthetics along the corridors as well as finance infrastructure improvements. The City also has secured public and private grants for over $500,000 towards median improvements along Jacksboro Highway.
The City aims to proactively expand new business as well as build up current businesses. We can do this by leveraging the Façade Improvement Program which provides grant funding to existing business and/or property owners to encourage renovation and rehabilitation of our commercial districts.
